Abstract: The advent of end-to-end encryption systems has put an end to the use of “caching” methods which consisted of replicating and storing data flows relating to content items in a “cache” which is located on board one or more intermediate devices. However, the disappearance of these “caching” solutions affects the management of the resources of different communication devices, particularly by bringing about an increase in the number of connections between communication devices that is necessary for delivering content items to the user terminals. Unlike known “caching” techniques in which the content itself is stored in at least one cache memory of a cache server, the method relies on storing in a cache server all of the messages exchanged between the original server hosting the content and the cache server, leading to the delivery of the content to the cache server.

Abstract: Method for resolving name identifiers. Existing naming identifier resolution solutions give priority to one aspect, performance of a service or protection of privacy, over the other without it being possible to deviate therefrom. This lack of flexibility is detrimental to the user's quality of experience. This also impacts resource management for various communication equipment involved in the resolution of naming identifiers. The proposed solution makes it possible to give priority to performance or respecting privacy on a case-by-case basis. On the basis of an authorization to share a location of the equipment, the resolver gives priority to transmitting either a network address of a server associated with the naming identifier to be resolved requiring location information of the equipment, giving priority to performance, or a network address of a server associated with the naming identifier to be resolved not requiring location information of the equipment, giving priority to respecting privacy.

Abstract: Controlling operations in a network having multiple multi-access edge computing architectures is disclosed. A method for controlling a service application in a multi-access edge computing network, the network including a plurality of interconnected entities, includes controlling, by a platform module comprised in a first entity of the plurality, an execution of a service application installed in a second entity of the plurality, by means of a proxy function comprised in the second entity, the second entity being distinct from the first entity.

Abstract: A method for managing an uninterrupted connection of a moving device to at least one attachment entity of at least one operator of a communication network. The method is implemented by a mediation entity capable of communicating with the at least one attachment entity. The method includes receiving a connection request comprising an identifier of the device and information relating to the movement of the device; determining at least one offer of connection to the at least one attachment entity on the basis of a communication feature, with the transmission of a proposal including the at least one determined connection offer. Determining, by the mediation entity, the connection of the device before its movement enables the movement of the device to be correlated with its connection and enables information relating to the operator or else to the mediation entity not to be disclosed.

Abstract: A method of activating at least one processing entity from among a plurality of entities situated on the path of a data of a session between a terminal of a user and a server of a services provider. The terminal and the server are attached to a communications network. In the method, the terminal: sends to the server an identification message to receive identifiers of entities of the plurality, which are added to the message by the entities; receive from the server an acknowledgement message including the identifiers included in the identification message; select at least one identifier from among those received from the server; and send to the server a message relating to the activation of entities from among the plurality.

Abstract: A description is given of a method for securing a multi-access edge computing network, where provision is made for a hardware security device designed to be connected to a host module of the network. The method, implemented by the hardware security device, includes upon reception of a presence request from the host module in the network, verifying whether the presence request comprises data representative of an identifier of the host module, and, if so, sending a presence response to the host module, comprising a signature of the hardware security device.

Abstract: A method for routing data of a session initialized between a terminal and a server, over a first network slot corresponding to a set of data-processing functions of a communication infrastructure, implemented by the terminal. This method includes receiving from the server at least one routing identifier determined as a function of at least one communication parameter of the session, configuring session information as a function of the at least one identifier received, and emitting to the server subsequent data of the session routed over at least one second slot corresponding to the configured information.

Abstract: A method for allocating resources of a network infrastructure in order to provide a telecommunication service is disclosed. The method includes receiving, by a resource orchestrator, a request to instantiate virtualized functions on servers; determining servers to be allocated and resources of the network infrastructure enabling connectivity between the servers, based on the instantiation request; sending, to the determined resources, a configuration request enabling connectivity between the determined servers; and sending, to the determined servers, a request to allocate computing means on the determined servers.

Abstract: A method for assigning a control system for controlling a remotely controlled vehicle, called a drone, the system being able to transmit data relating to at least one communication service and including a drone and a control entity for controlling the drone. The assignment method makes it possible to associate a set of services that a system supports with the system, and thus to correlate quality of service or security requirements with types of mission and profiles of drones.

Abstract: A method for routing data of a session initialized between a terminal and a server, over a first network slot corresponding to a set of data-processing functions of a communication infrastructure, implemented by the terminal. This method includes receiving from the server at least one routing identifier determined as a function of at least one communication parameter of the session, configuring session information as a function of the at least one identifier received, and emitting to the server subsequent data of the session routed over at least one second slot corresponding to the configured information.

Abstract: A method for managing resources of a converged fixed access and mobile radio telecommunications network is disclosed. Each operator of a plurality of mobile operators has at least one base station connected to a mobile radio part of the network. According to such a method, a centralized resource allocation management module carries out: receiving at least one request for resources, called mobile client request, emitted either by a mobile radio resource management module of each of the mobile operators, or by a first centralized resource request management module from at least one mobile radio service request previously received from the mobile radio resource management module of each of the mobile operators; and sending at least one resource allocation offer to the mobile radio resource management modules according to the at least one mobile client request and at least one predetermined resource allocation offer rule.

Abstract: A method for measuring reputation of paths visiting nodes in a communication network and including, for each node visited by a current path of the network: a) assigning a security score for the node; b) estimating a first trust index based on: a cumulative on the current path of the successive scores of the nodes visited by the current path; and a number of nodes visited by the current path, the estimation of the first trust index providing a reputation measurement for the current path.

Abstract: A method for managing telecommunications resources dynamically allocated to a plurality of telecommunications operators is disclosed. At least one module for centralized management of the resources carries out: receiving a request for resources emitted by a requesting module representing one of the plurality of telecommunications operators, referred to as a requesting operator, to the at least one module for centralized management of the resources; and sending, to the requesting module and in response to the request, at least one offer of resources. The at least one offer of resources comprises: a piece of common objective information, representing a resource management objective common to the plurality of telecommunications operators; and/or at least one piece of reliability information from at least one other of the plurality of telecommunications operators, referred to as an offering operator, proposing the at least one offer of resources.

Abstract: A method for determining a hosting device of a network infrastructure of an operator for the installation of a virtualized function. The virtualized function contributes to transmission and processing of at least one item of information relating to a service. The method is implemented by a management entity of the infrastructure and includes: transmitting to a virtualization entity a compatibility request including at least one datum relating to a test of a resource of the hosting device; receiving from the virtualization entity at least one first variable derived from the test, relating to the transmitted datum, executed on the resource; and determining an aptitude of the hosting device to accommodate the virtualized function as a function of the at least one first variable received.

Abstract: A method is provided for transferring a mobile terminal attached to a first access entity of an operator to a second access entity of a set of access entities controlled by at least one other operator within a communication network, the method implemented by a control device for routing data of the terminal. The method includes receiving, a connectivity message from entities of the set, determining an eligibility value relative to each entity based on at least one received parameter and a cooperation factor between the first entity and each other entity, selecting the second entity on the basis of the determined eligibility value, transmitting a transfer message to the first entity and to the second entity.

Abstract: A method for securing the transmission of at least one data packet along a data path of a telecommunications network is disclosed. According to such a method, a security device performs: obtaining a variance delay representative of a difference between an actual end-to-end transit delay of the at least one data packet along the data path and an expected end-to-end transit delay of the at least one data packet along the data path; and securing the transmission by implementing at least one security action based on the variance delay.

Abstract: A method for temporarily making available an access resource of a local area network of a client of a first operator to at least one second operator. The local area network is connected to a communication infrastructure of the first operator. The method is implemented by a configuration entity of the first operator and includes: transmitting an offer message, containing at least one item of service data, offering to make the at least one access resource available, to the at least one second operator; receiving a request message requesting the at least one access resource be made available, created by a management equipment of the at least one second operator from the received at least one item of data; and transmitting a configuration message for configuring at least one parameter of the at least one access resource, triggered following the received request message.

Abstract: A method for recommending a communication stack formed of communication protocols, relating to a data session between a terminal and a first server to provide content in a network including a second server responsible for providing the content by delegation from the first server, the first server having detected incompatibility of the stack used by the terminal and having transmitted a redirection message including information relating to a recommendation of the stack to be used to obtain the content to the terminal. In the method, the second server receives, from the terminal, an acquisition request message; selects a stack to be recommended based on data relating to the communication network or to the received acquisition request message; transmits, to the terminal, a recommendation message including the recommended stack; and receives a message transmitted by the terminal, using the recommended stack, relating to the acquisition of the item of content.

Abstract: A method of auditing at least one virtualized resource deployed in a cloud computing network, implemented by an administration device in respect of the at least one resource, able to administer virtual network functions, the virtual infrastructure or the network services. The method includes: storing a set of rules of the audit which are associated with the at least one virtualized resource; receiving from the at least one virtualized resource a message including an item of information about an event arising on the virtualized resource; correlating the item of information received with the set of stored rules; and if the correlation is positive, sending, to a recording device, a command message for writing at least one datum linked to the item of information received in a data register associated with the at least one virtualized resource.
