Abstract: A torque-adaptive impact tool suitable for a PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) bit is provided, which includes a PDC bit, a rotary-driving power device, and a torque-adaptive impact tool above the PDC bit. The torque-adaptive impact tool is located between the PDC bit and the rotary-driving power device, includes an outer housing, an upper end cover, a main shaft, an elastic element, an upper impact body, and a lower impact body. In a case of a normal operation of the bit, the tool does not impact the bit, but rotates along with the rotary-driving power device for drilling. In a case that a rock-breaking torque required by the bit exceeds a driving torque, the tool impact the bit.

Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural planting, in particular to a controlled-release bacterial fertilizer for peanuts and a preparation method of the special controlled-release bacterial fertilizer. The special controlled-release bacterial fertilizer is composed of an inner layer and an outer layer; after the outer layer is released completely, the inner-layer network structure gradually absorbs water and preserves moisture, and has good slow release and controlled release properties, thereby achieving the gradual release of the inner layer, high fertilizer utilization rate, exerting the efficacy of the microbial agent and facilitating the large-area promotion.

Abstract: Targeting RAS is one of the greatest challenges in cancer therapy. Oncogenic mutations in NRAS are present in over 25% of melanomas and patients whose tumors harbor NRAS mutations have limited therapeutic options and poor prognosis. Thus far, there are no clinical agents available to effectively target NRAS or any other RAS oncogene. An alternative approach is to identify and target critical tumor vulnerabilities or non-oncogene addictions that are essential for tumor survival. The inventors investigated the consequences of NRAS blockade in NRAS-mutant melanoma and show that decreased expression of the telomerase catalytic subunit, TERT, is a major consequence. TERT silencing or treatment of NRAS-mutant melanoma with the telomerase-dependent telomere uncapping agent 6-thio-2?-deoxy-guanosine (6-thio-dG), led to rapid cell death, along with evidence of both telomeric and non-telomeric DNA damage, increased ROS levels, and upregulation of a mitochondrial anti-oxidant adaptive response.

Embodiments of the invention also provide a fabric manufactured by sequentially treating the fabric with an enzyme composition and a resin treatment agent.

The adding chemicals tank is connected fluidly with the spray apparatus through the first chemical pump. The method includes setting a wet pick up ratio and a bath liquid ratio; determining the chemicals amount to be added based on the garment quantity and the set wet pick up; pumping the determined amount of chemicals into the washer extractor, and rotating the inner-drum in the washer extractor to immerse the garment; and extracting surplus chemicals in the clothing. When the extracted surplus chemicals amount reaches the value calculated by the set wet pick up ratio, the extracting will be stopped.
