  • Publication number: 20230101722
Abstract: The present invention provides a random or block polyimide-siloxane copolymer, which may be prepared from a hard amine monomer, a dianhydride monomer, and a soft amine monomer, may have mechanical properties, flexibility, and thermal properties adjusted through the control of soft amine content, and may exhibits high thermal stability, corrosion resistance, transparency and flexibility, and a method for preparing the same. The random or block polyimide-siloxane copolymer, which may be flexible and thermally stable and may exhibits adjustable mechanical properties and skin-like sensory functions, may be applied to flexible electronic devices.

  • Publication number: 20190058120
Abstract: A vertical interconnect via having a first array of first metal interconnect wires extending along a first lateral direction made from a first material and a second array of second interconnect wires extending along a second lateral direction made from a second material. An intersection defined by the first array and the second array, wherein each intersection of the first array and the second array defines a metal-insulator-metal structure. The said metal-insulator-metal structure transforms to metal-metal-metal structure upon an application of electric pulse.

  • Publication number: 20170155045
Abstract: A memory device having a first array of first electrodes extending along a first direction made from a first material and a second array of second electrodes extending along a second direction made from a second material. An intersection defined by the first array and the second array, wherein each intersection of the first array and the second array defines a two-terminal resistive memory cell, said memory cell formed by a conductive path between said first and second electrodes.

  • Publication number: 20120233096
Abstract: Historical usage data related to user queries and training properties for a plurality of web pages is received and utilized to train a mathematical model to predict the likelihood of retrieval of a web page during a web search. Properties are extracted from the plurality of web pages in the index and the mathematical model is applied to the properties for each web page to calculate a sortrank value. The index is reordered based on the sortrank value such that the web pages most likely to be retrieved by a user submitting a search query appear first in the index. After a search query is received from a user the index is traversed in an order determined by the sortrank value. Responsive web pages are presented to the user in an order determined by a search engine ranking algorithm.

  • Publication number: 20100145923
Abstract: Searching for a subset of the keywords in a search-engine query is described herein. The search-engine query is parsed into keywords. The keywords are checked against an inverted index to determine whether any web documents include the subset of keywords. Documents containing the subset of keywords are listed in a search-results list and transmitted back to the user.
