  • Patent number: 11931307
Abstract: A method of operating an exoskeleton system that includes obtaining a first set of sensor data from one or more sensors associated with one or more leg actuator units of an exoskeleton system during a user activity, the first set of sensor data indicating a first configuration state of the one or more actuator units; determining, based at least in part on the first set of obtained sensor data, to change configuration of the one or more leg actuator units to a second configuration state to support a user during the user activity; and introducing fluid to one or more fluidic actuators of the one or more leg actuator units to generate the second configuration state by causing the one or more fluidic actuators to apply force at the one or more actuator units.

  • Publication number: 20240083007
Abstract: A sander includes a housing defining a front end and a rear end relative to a direction of travel of the sander on a work surface, an actuator, and a battery platform. The housing supports a motor and has a grip disposed over the motor adjacent the front end and a handle positioned at or adjacent the rear end. The housing further supports a belt drive assembly configured to rotatably support a belt and having a belt plate extending a long a first plane. The actuator is supported by the handle. The battery platform is at least partially supported by and located above the handle. The battery platform defines a battery pack receptacle configured to support a battery pack. The battery platform is oriented along a second plane orientated at an acute angle relative to the first plane.

  • Publication number: 20230248380
Abstract: Disclosed herein are vascular access systems with dilator locking mechanisms, and associated devices and methods. In some embodiments, the dilator locking mechanisms include a first cap coupled to a dilator component and a second cap coupled to the vascular access system. The first cap can include one or more locking members. The second cap can include one or more locking features, each configured to be releasably coupled to one of the locking members. In operation, the dilator component can be inserted into the vascular access system, and at least a portion of one or more of the locking members can be aligned with and inserted into the corresponding locking feature to, e.g., couple the first cap and the second cap. The interaction between first and second caps when coupled can at least partially prevent the dilator from moving relative to the vascular access system.
