  • Patent number: 8020788
Abstract: A showerhead providing an improved pause mode that restricts the amount of water emanating from the head. The showerhead includes a first and second outlet nozzle, a valve body operative to be in fluid communication with a shower pipe, the valve body having first and second flow channels in fluid communication with the shower pipe, each of which is also in fluid communication with one of the outlet nozzles. The first and second flow channels have different cross-sectional areas. In another embodiment, the valve body further includes a valve center in fluid communication between the first flow channel and the shower pipe, and is also in fluid communication between the second flow channel and the shower pipe. The valve body further defines a first hole in fluid communication with the first flow channel and the valve center, and a second hole in fluid communication with the second flow channel and the valve center, with the second hole having a smaller cross-sectional area than that of the first hole.

  • Publication number: 20080083844
Abstract: A shower arm attachment assembly may include a shower pipe coupling member, an arm coupling member, and a locking nut or sleeve. The shower pipe coupling member connects to a shower pipe, and the arm coupling member fluidly connects to a showerhead arm. The arm coupling member may be joined to the shower pipe coupling member. The arm coupling member may be selectively rotatable relative to the shower pipe member. Rotation of the arm coupling member relative to the shower pipe coupling member may be selectively controlled by selectively engaging a locking nut with the coupling members or selectively engaging a keying feature associated with one or both of the coupling members. Rotation of the coupling members relative to each other causes rotation of a showerhead relative to a shower pipe attached to the showerhead using the attachment assembly.

  • Patent number: 7122015
Abstract: A J-shaped vibrating massager and method for manufacture thereof. The J-shaped massager may consist of a J-shaped tubular rod, a head, one or more handles, control means, and vibratory means. Generally, the J-shaped tubular rod may also consist of a J-hook and a barrel. Typically, the head is located at the end of the J-hook opposite the barrel, while the vibratory means may be mounted in the head or anywhere along the length of the J-shaped tubular rod. The vibratory means induces vibrations in one or more portions of the J-shaped tubular rod, generally including the head. The vibrations massage surfaces in contact with the invention. Because the invention is generally J-shaped, a user may reach his or her own back with the head of the J-shaped massager in order to give himself a back massage. The invention may include a variety of tips having different sizes, materials, and shapes.

  • Patent number: 6758826
Abstract: A J-shaped vibrating massager and method for manufacture thereof. The J-shaped massager may consist of a J-shaped tubular rod, a head, one or more handles, vibratory sources, and vibratory controls. Generally, the J-shaped tubular rod may also consist of a J-hook and a barrel. Typically, the head is located at the end of the J-hook opposite the barrel, while the vibratory source may be mounted in the head or anywhere along the length of the J-shaped tubular rod. • Patent number: 6024376
Abstract: A platform truck (10) for transporting items includes a base member (11) having a top surface (13) to received the items thereon. A handle assembly (12) is pivotally carried by the base member (11) and is thereby positionable in a generally upright position for pushing the base member (11), a generally outward position for pulling the base member (11), and a generally horizontal position generally flush with the top surface (13) of the base member (11). Opposed side wall assemblies (14) extend generally vertically downwardly from the top surface (13) of the base member (11) and have opposed depressions (22) therein. Side wall assemblies also carry a latch assembly (45). When the handle assembly (12) is in the generally horizontal position, latch assembly (45) holds arms (24) of the handle assembly (12) which can be grasped at the location of at least one of the depressions (22) for carrying the platform truck (10).
