  • Patent number: 11994857
Abstract: A system and method for operation of an autonomous vehicle (AV) yard truck is provided. A processor facilitates autonomous movement of the AV yard truck, and connection to and disconnection from trailers. A plurality of sensors are interconnected with the processor that sense terrain/objects and assist in automatically connecting/disconnecting trailers. A server, interconnected, wirelessly with the processor, that tracks movement of the truck around and determines locations for trailer connection and disconnection. A door station unlatches/opens rear doors of the trailer when adjacent thereto, securing them in an opened position via clamps, etc. The system computes a height of the trailer, and/or if landing gear of the trailer is on the ground and interoperates with the fifth wheel to change height, and whether docking is safe, allowing a user to take manual control, and optimum charge time(s). Reversing sensors/safety, automated chocking, and intermodal container organization are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20240161809
Abstract: Memory devices, systems including memory devices, and methods of operating memory devices are described, in which memory devices are configured to provide row clear features. In some embodiments, the memory device may receive a command from a host device directed to a row of a memory array included in the memory device. The memory device may determine that the command is directed to two or more columns associated with the row, where each column is coupled with a group of memory cells. The memory device may activate the row to write the two or more columns using a set of predetermined data stored in a register of the memory device. Subsequently, the memory device may deactivate the word line based on writing the set of predetermined data to the two or more columns.

  • Publication number: 20240094233
Abstract: The present invention relates to methods, devices and systems for associating consumable data with an assay consumable used in a biological assay. Provided are assay systems and associated consumables, wherein the assay system adjusts one or more steps of an assay protocol based on consumable data specific for that consumable. Various types of consumable data are described, as well as methods of using such data in the conduct of an assay by an assay system. The present invention also relates to consumables (e.g., kits and reagent containers), software, data deployable bundles, computer-readable media, loading carts, instruments, systems, and methods, for performing automated biological assays.

  • Patent number: 11935151
Abstract: Examples described herein relate to a graphics processing system that includes one or more integrated graphics systems and one or more discrete graphics systems. In some examples, an operating system (OS) or other software supports switching between image display data being provided from either an integrated graphics system or a discrete graphics system by configuring a multiplexer at runtime to output image data to a display. In some examples, a multiplexer is not used and interface supported messages are used to transfer image data from an integrated graphics system to a discrete graphics system and the discrete graphics system generates and outputs image data to a display. In some examples, interface supported messages are used to transfer image data from a discrete graphics system to an integrated graphics system and the integrated graphics system uses an overlay process to generate a composite image for output to a display.

  • Publication number: 20240087621
Abstract: A memory device includes a command interface configured to receive write commands from a host device. Additionally, the memory device includes an input buffer configured to buffer a strobe signal from the host device. Furthermore, the memory device includes a first ripple counter and a second ripple counter. The memory device includes command handling circuitry configured to alternatingly start the first ripple counter and the second ripple counter in response to consecutive write commands. The command handling circuitry and/or the first and second ripple counters are configured to suppress a reset of the input buffer if either the first ripple counter or the second ripple counter has not reached a threshold and is still counting.

  • Patent number: 5667208
Abstract: A clamping system is provided for assembling the wall panels of wooden kitchen cabinets and the like, including a frame that is normally supported for sliding movement on an assembly table toward an assembling position relative to a workpiece arranged on the table. The frame is vertically displaceable between a normal elevated transport position and a lowered clamping position relative to the assembly table, and a normally-activated device prevents displacement of the frame from the elevated position to the lowered position. A first suction cup is carried by the frame for connecting to the frame a panel that is to be fastened to the workpiece, and a second suction cup is carried by the frame that is operable, when the displacement preventing device is deactivated, to connect the frame to the assembly table, thereby to clamp the panel to the workpiece.

  • Patent number: 4157281
Abstract: A solvent-bearing sludge material is pumped by a variable speed positive displacement pump from a preparation mixing tank through a pressure responsive valve which distributes the material into the upper portion of an insulated distilling or processing vessel. Steam is introduced into the lower portion of the vessel and mixes with the material to volatize the solvents which are directed through a condenser and pump to a storage tank. Water and suspended solid particles are continuously pumped from the bottom of the vessel to an insulated settling tank where the solid particles settle and are continuously removed by a drag-out conveyor. The hot water in the upper portion of the settling tank is pumped back into the vessel, and may have sufficient velocity to increase agitation within the vessel, or a mechanical agitator may be installed within the bottom portion of the vessel.
