  • Publication number: 20150317898
Abstract: The cell phone key fob system comprises a cell phone key fob device and, in some embodiments, a mobile software application to be loaded on the mobile electronics device sought to be protected. The key fob device comprises a base key fob body having a activation switch, a speaker, a lanyard, an lanyard aperture in the fob body, and four indicator lights. The key fob device additionally includes an internal microcontroller, battery, Bluetooth transceiver and vibrating mechanism. When initially activated, the cell phone key fob device automatically bonds with the closest mobile communications device through a wireless connection. Subsequently, whenever the cell phone key fob device is turned on, it establishes a Bluetooth connection with the previously bonded cell phone through the transceiver. The connection is then monitored and, if lost, the speaker, lights, and vibrating mechanism activated to demonstrate an alarm condition to the user.

  • Publication number: 20130188212
Abstract: A data server is connected to an image scanning device via a network. The data server performs the steps of: acquiring location information indicating a location of a service providing device in the network. The service providing device is operated in the network via a web page and the web page includes operating information for instructing the image scanning device to execute a scanning process. The data server also performs the steps of determining an image scanning device to which an operation signal for executing an image scanning process is transmitted, transmitting the operation signal to the determined image scanning device to cause the determined image scanning device to execute an image scanning process, storing scanned data obtained from the image scanning process, and instructing the service providing device indicated by the acquired location information to acquire the scanned data.

  • Publication number: 20050046062
Abstract: A process for adjusting the level of water or water soluble additives in aqueous-based powder injection molding compounds for the purpose of recycling scrap material, controlling shrinkage or rehydrating dry feedstock. Depending on the objective, the process may require material granulation equipment, equipment for the addition or removal of water and mixing equipment. The molding compounds may be comprised of either recycled scrap material before being heat-treated or dry, virgin feedstock material.

  • Patent number: 5032555
Abstract: Zirconia toughened alumina (ZTA) is produced from precursor salts. The precursor salts are coprecipitated from solution to yield a gel in a liquid phase. The gel in excess of the critical temperature and pressure is dried at a temperature and pressure in excess of the critical temperature and pressure of the liquid phase to thereby convert the liquid phase to a gas. The solid particles, when separated from the gas, form a fine particulate ZTA which, upon consolidation yields near theoretical density toughened ceramics.
