Abstract: A method for optimizing a UI of an application in an electronic device is provided. The method includes detecting, by the electronic device, at least one first application installed in the electronic device, determining, by the electronic device, at least one data item associated with at least one UI of the at least one first application to be modified, modifying, by the electronic device, the at least one data item associated with the at least one UI of the at least one first application based on a level of proficiency of a user with an already used application in the electronic device, and displaying, by the electronic device, the at least one UI with the at least one modified data item of the at least one first application.

Abstract: This present disclosure provides a method for recording a multimedia file using an electronic device. The method includes previewing a scene comprising a plurality of objects in a field of view of a camera of the electronic device and detecting at least one of a shape event and a sound event associated with at least one object from the plurality of objects in the scene. Further, the method includes determining at least one of a recoding mode and an effect for the at least one object based on at least of the sound event and the shape event and applying at least one of the recording mode and the effect. The method also includes recording the multimedia file comprising the at least one object in at least one of the recording mode video and the effect and storing the multimedia file.

The method includes transmitting a communication signal to a plurality of candidate devices in the vicinity of the electronic device, generating a function code including configuration information of the electronic device, receiving candidate function codes including configuration information of the plurality of candidate devices from the plurality of candidate devices based on the communication signal, and when a feature of the plurality of candidate devices is determined to be similar to a feature of the electronic device based on the candidate function condes, generating at least one of an alert signal or a setting signal based on whether the function code matches the candidate function codes.
