    Abstract: An adapter is shown for use with a funnel having an upper tapered section and a lower tapered section and a container having a top surface with an opening therein. The adapter has a housing having a top, a bottom, a longitudinal axis, a tapered opening is disposed through the inside housing about the longitudinal axis and an outside portion, the tapered opening being larger at the top thereof than at than at the bottom for telescopically receiving the lower tapered section of the funnel.
