  • Patent number: 11970045
Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments for providing temperature control for to a temperature-controlled storage compartment in a tunnel of a vehicle. The tunnel extends from a first side of the vehicle, such as the passenger side, to a second side of the vehicle, such as the driver side. The vehicle also includes a refrigeration module that is moveable on a shuttle of the tunnel. The refrigeration module includes a temperature-controlled storage unit configured to open and close in accordance with a path defined by an accessibility assembly. The shuttle transfers power from a power source, such as a battery, to the temperature-controlled storage unit, for example, to provide temperature control even when the vehicle is powered off. Accordingly, the refrigeration module provides a space-efficient system for ensuring prolonged temperature control of items stored in the temperature-controlled storage unit.

  • Publication number: 20240095872
Abstract: A processor-implemented method for a memory storage format to accelerate machine learning (ML) on a computing device is described. The method includes receiving an image in a first layer storage format of a neural network. The method also includes assigning addresses to image pixels of each of three channels of the first layer storage format for accessing the image pixels in a blocked ML storage acceleration format. The method further includes storing the image pixels in the blocked ML storage acceleration format according to the assigned addresses of the image pixels. The method also includes accelerating inference video processing of the image according to the assigned addresses for the image pixels corresponding to the blocked ML storage acceleration format.

  • Publication number: 20050258302
Abstract: A cage in which two pulley wheels are mounted with tangent circumferences so that their circumferential cable grooves surround a cable passing between the wheels. The cage freely rotates about an axis that passes between the wheels. The cage axis is normal to the plane of the parallel wheel axes. The cage extends forward of the wheels and forms two curved edges on opposed sides of the cage axis. Each curve has an apex at its forward-most point. A flexible cable passes through the cage, between the wheels, and forward between the curves. Extending the cable substantially away from the plane of the wheels causes it to contact one of the curves. This rotates the cage so that the wheels are aligned with the cable deflection. This switches the cable to one or the other of the wheels, and provides low friction cable operation for any cable direction.
