There are also provided two axles for bearing wheels and four lines for attaching the side flanges to the two spreaders. One set of two lines is attached to the bottom of each of the side flanges. The lines are connected to two spreaders, which are attached to the ends of a handlebar.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of enhancing a pro-inflammatory immune response through the administration of the DEAD-box protein DDX3, as encoded by SEQ ID NO:1. The invention further extends to a method of suppressing an aberrant immune response, such at that associated with autoimmune conditions, through inhibition of DDX3. The invention also extends to a method of suppressing a pro-inflammatory immune response through the administration of the vaccinia virus protein K7. The invention further extends to the provision of an attenuated poxvirus wherein the K7R gene which encodes for the K7 protein is deleted or rendered non-functional. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising DDX3 inhibitory compounds, such as K7, are also provided.

A user of this method can interact with objects in the real world in a natural way and automatically have a virtual representation of those objects updated. For example, a user may have a real toy with a virtual representation. When the user dresses the real toy with real clothes the virtual representation of the toy will automatically reflect the clothing and accessories placed on the toy. Similarly, when the user dresses in suitably adapted clothing, their own virtual representation will be automatically updated to reflect that clothing. Thus an automatic and seamless method is provided to have virtual representations of objects reflect their state in the real world.

The client conditions may include the availability of subsystems to implement services and the client's authorization to receive services. If client conditions do not allow some services in the service collection to be actuated, then other services in the service collection are available to be actuated instead.

Abstract: Tracking devices having computational and communication resources receive information from a plurality of local devices, such as passive RFID tags, and collect and process the received information to determine one or more of when, where, and in what format to forward the collected information. The tracking devices typically include hardware resources for temporal- and location-awareness. In operation, these tracking devices may receive and respond to queries from remotely located tracking entities. In some embodiments, records of the communications between the devices and the remotely located tracking entities are made, and charges for the communication services are billed to the tracking entities that receive the communication services.

The accessed audio content is inserted in the communications channel with the initiating device and the host and the communications channel with the recipient device and the host.

Abstract: A beverage forming system includes an actuator and first and second portions that are movable relative to each other between open and closed positions. The first and second portions include a cartridge receiving portion to accept a cartridge for forming a beverage, e.g., a disposable single serve cartridge. A first linkage member may be fixed to the actuator and physically contact a second linkage member that may be fixed to the first or second portion (or to a frame that supports the first and second portions). Movement of the actuator may cause movement of the first and second linkage members relative to each other, thereby causing relative movement of the first and second portions between open and closed positions.

Abstract: Interactive radio frequency tags that are responsive to external stimuli to change state are disclosed. The tags preferably include a passive radio frequency transponder, having an antenna, an interface for receiving an external stimulus, and one or more integrated circuits responsive to the external stimulus received at the interface to change the state of the transponder. Also disclosed is a “sensor tag” which changes state in response to a particular environmental stimulus. In addition, either of these “button” or “sensor” features may be combined with an output feature which visually, audibly, tactilely or otherwise signals the state or change of state of an RF tag, or the tag may be designed to produce an output in response to the external stimulus of the RF signal received at the tag's antenna.
