  • Publication number: 20120211323
Abstract: A method for slip regulation of a friction clutch by a clutch actuator operated by an electronically commutated electric motor, Here, rotational motion of a rotor is converted into an axial advancement that sets a predetermined slip. The rotational motion is controlled by Hall sensors arranged over a circumference around a rotational axis of the rotor. Magnetizable magnet segments, which are offset from each other in the circumferential direction, communicate depending on continuously detected signals of the Hall sensors, To perform the slip regulation even for axial travels of the clutch actuator that correspond to an angular position of the rotor between two Hall sensors, the signals of the Hall sensors over the circumference are evaluated in an analog manner, and an angular position of the rotor between two sensors is determined by comparing two signals adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction with each other.

  • Patent number: 8151966
Abstract: Arrangement for operating a clutch, in particular a clutch in the power train of a motor vehicle, comprising a means of transmission that is mounted movably in an operating direction with respect to a support. The support is flexibly mounted in the direction of operation with respect to a housing.

  • Patent number: 7412316
Abstract: In a method for setting the clutch torque of a clutch, especially a clutch disposed in a drive train of a motor vehicle, the clutch is adjusted using a clutch actuator. This clutch actuator has at least two actuator parts that may be positioned relative to each other at raster values of a position raster. A position setpoint corresponding to a clutch torque and disposed between the raster values of the position raster is calculated, and the actuator parts are positioned relative to each other at a raster value of the position raster that is adjacent to the position setpoint. In addition to the first position raster value, a second position raster value is calculated in such a manner that the position setpoint is disposed between the first position raster value and the second position raster value.
