  • Patent number: 7553297
Abstract: An access cannula for endoscopic operations comprises a cannula tube, a valve body unit having a valve housing and a valve mounted in the valve housing. The valve body can be connected releasably as a completely assembled valve body unit to one end of the cannula tube. The valve of the valve body ensures a tight closure of the cannula tube at said one end, but allows an instrument to be passed through the valve body unit and the cannula.

  • Publication number: 20050143741
Abstract: A device for introducing a suture thread anchor into a bone has a hollow guide sleeve through which the suture thread anchor can be passed. The distal end of the guide sleeve is provided with a contour which makes positioning of the distal end easier. • Patent number: 6613065
Abstract: A device for guiding a medical instrument is described, which comprises a guide tube, which has a longitudinal opening extending substantially from a distal end to a proximal end of the guide tube, wherein the guide tube comprises a rounded bottom and two parallel side walls so that the guide tube is about semi-circular in cross section. The device further comprises a handle connected to the guide tube in the region of the proximal end of the guide tube. The distal end of the guide tube is open, and the handle projects laterally from said guide tube.
