  • Publication number: 20110054926
Abstract: A system for management of public health care where participating entities consume and purchasing health care services. Entities contribute to a health care fund and insurance account, both managed and supported by government. Personal physicians enroll participating entities until a maximum enrollment is reached, and the physicians are compensated from the fund per enrollment, the physicians see enrolled entities and recommend medications/treatments. Wellness maintenance providers enroll participating entities until maximum enrollment is reached, providing preventive medical services to entities, and compensated from the fund per enrollee. WMPs pay all costs of medications prescribed by physicians, WMPs pay 80% for recommended treatments. Pharmacies accept prescription orders from physicians and dispense directly to participating entities or their WMPs, receiving payment from the WMPs.

  • Patent number: 6834513
Abstract: A controller for controlling a heater associated with the crankcase of a compressor senses electrical current flowing through the heater. The sensing is preferably accomplished by a transformer in combination with an amplifier providing a feedback signal to the controller. The transformer is installed in the line which carries the electrical current flowing through the heater. The controller checks for the presence of an appropriate voltage level from the amplifier. In the event that the voltage level is not above a threshold level, the controller sends an alarm signal indicating that the heater is not operating properly.

  • Patent number: 6649836
Abstract: Housing is provided for electronic circuitry that monitors the operation of a compressor. The housing includes a module containing the electrical circuitry as well as electrical connectors that connected the circuitry to external wiring. The module is mounted to an external housing member. The wiring inserts through an opening in the external housing member before being connect to the electrical connectors associated with the electronic module. Further openings in the housing member receive conduits carrying further wiring. The conduits extend outwardly from the housing member so as to allow the wiring in the conduits to be supported for an appreciable distance from the housing. A removable housing member is connected to the aforementioned housing member so as to cover the wiring connected to the electrical connectors associated with the electronic module.

  • Patent number: 5141171
Abstract: A dispensing hopper fastened in a paper roll holder at the bottom for dispensing a paper roll, the improvement comprising a hopper body having a rotary seat revolvably secured thereto at the bottom to hold an oscillating member permitting it to oscillate on an axle disposed in radial direction through said rotary seat, wherein said oscillating member has an opening vertically through the center thereof which is consisted of two opposed tapered holes with a small hole connected therebetween, and two V-shaped retaining notches on the top edge thereof at two opposite locations at right angles to said axle. The leading end of the crepe paper of the paper roll is inserted through the tapered hole on the hopper body and lead out of the opening on the oscillating member. Pulling the crepe paper from the paper roll causes the oscillating member to oscillate to a matched angle permitting the crepe paper to be firmly retained in either V-shaped retaining notch for easy splitting.
