Abstract: A sports training apparatus has handle member having a body including first and second handle members connected together by a middle segment, such that the handle members are held at an angle to one another, and adapted such that when the athlete holds the device behind their back while grasping the handle members with respective right and left hands, their upper body is held straight and stable with their shoulders pulled backwards, providing a better posture and stronger core control during training movements.

Abstract: A power cut-off system for cutting a 220V power supply, or any other voltage value, of an electrical device, such as an oven for example, while maintaining a 110V power supply, or any other voltage value, to the electrical device, the system comprising a control-board unit connected to the 220V power supply of the electrical device and providing 110V and 220V respectively to the electrical device, the control-board unit including a transponder for sending and receiving wireless signals. The system also includes a smoke detector unit for detecting smoke and sending a wireless signal to the transponder of the control-board unit to cut-off the 220V power supply of the electrical device while maintaining the 110V power supply to the electrical device.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to a sport training apparatus and more specifically, the present invention is concerned with an apparatus for training a person in doing body movements for various sports or activities, such as for example body rotations in figure skating. For a new learner or for a performer wanting to enhance his/her rotation techniques, the steps in performing such body movements and the subtleties in the techniques may need intensive monitoring from a teacher and require repetitions to develop good reflexes in achieving the body movements. The apparatus of the present invention includes an elongated body for the positioning of each hand in the vicinity of each other to help perfect the body rotation of the performer.
