Abstract: Exemplary systems and methods for creating and maintaining dynamic media are provided. In exemplary embodiments, selection of a dynamic media triggers communication with the media provider. The media provider then provides the dynamic media to the user. In exemplary embodiments, the dynamic media may be customized to user preferences and/or user past behavior. Dynamic media may also be targeted to specific users based on user preferences and/or user past behavior.

Abstract: Systems and methods for transferring an electronic media are provided. A command is received to transfer the media from a first location to a second location. In exemplary embodiments, a media provider is contacted to provide the media to the second location. A version of the media or a link to the media is then displayed at the second location. In one embodiment, the version of the media may entirely comprise generic information. Alternatively, the version of the media may comprise a media template that can be customized based on user preferences and/or media provider real-time information.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide exemplary systems and methods for maintaining a media history. The exemplary system comprises a tracking module at a user device configured to determine a media status. The tracking module is configured to determine whether media has been updated, customized, or transferred after being received at a local location. In exemplary embodiments, the media status may be associated with, or indicate, a user identifier, a transfer-from identifier, a source of the media, an original publisher of the media, a version of the media, a transfer time of the media, and a user preference. The system also comprises a monitor module at a vendor or a media provider configured to receive the media status, and store the media status in a history database. A history module may provide a graphical representation of the media status to a requester.

Abstract: Exemplary systems and methods for providing dynamic media are provided. In exemplary embodiments, the dynamic media comprises a media identifier configured to identify the dynamic media and a parent address configured to provide contact information for a media provider of the dynamic media. The media provider may provide the dynamic media based on the media identifier. The dynamic media may also be customized to a user.
