  • Publication number: 20030065715
Abstract: The present invention provides a Mobile Classic Blend (“MCB”) wireless system. The MCB wireless system has a server component, client component, and application component for building thin-client wireless applications. The MCB wireless system is optimized for use on medium-latency wireless networks (less than 600 ms round-trip). The MCB wireless system allows two-way dynamic updating capabilities that are currently unable with standard wireless solutions, such as WAP and HTTP. Furthermore, the MCB wireless system allows server-centric programming such that developers do not have to write any client code, yet the developers can create a thin-client wireless application that keeps the look-and-feel of a standalone, native PDA application.
