  • Patent number: 11913562
Abstract: In an implementation, a hydraulic valve includes a valve body, a cylindrical chamber within the valve body, and a cylindrical spool within the chamber. The spool is rotatable between at least a first position and a second position about a longitudinal axis parallel to a longitudinal axis of the chamber. The spool includes a landing and an eccentric channel that extends around a portion of an outer circumferential surface of the landing. In the first position, an inlet and an outlet of the hydraulic valve are fluidly coupled by the eccentric channel to allow a flow of a hydraulic fluid circumferentially around the landing from the inlet to the outlet. In the second position, the inlet and/or the outlet are obstructed by another portion of the outer circumferential surface of the landing to prevent the flow of the hydraulic fluid from the inlet to the outlet.

Abstract: A method and system for acceptance data inputs required for a complete resolution of analytical or documentation process, wherein at least one subprocess can be fully resolved by receipt, recognition and application of a subset of the plurality of data inputs. Some data input is applicable in more than one subprocess of the process. A resolution of the at least one subprocess may lead to an immediate resolution of the process in a negative and/or a positive finding. Resolutions of one or more subprocesses may be indicated and/or be rendered by means of a graphical user interface. A derived value result of the subprocess, a conditional result, a negative result of the subprocess, and/or a positive result of the subprocess is communicated via an electronic communications network. • Publication number: 20230208571
Abstract: An improved data packet communications approach is described that is adapted for communications across unreliable connections. In particular, the approach can be implemented as systems and methods for a networked router device configured to monitor communication characteristics and to group the connections into various tiers based on their communication reliability data. When a new packet is to be communicated, the grouped connections are utilized in aggregate to meet a target transmission reliability probability (e.g., target value or a band of values).

  • Patent number: 11588977
Abstract: The present disclosure describes a method and apparatus that can be used to adjust for distorted ambient light readings caused by the ambient light sensor being located behind the display screen. The strategy of the disclosure relies, at least in part, on spectral decomposition of ambient light measurements into independent sources (e.g., red, green, and blue display components of an Organic Light Emitting Diode (“OLED”) display screen and ambient light). Following the spectral decomposition technique, a more accurate ambient light measurement can be obtained in some instances. This technique enables determinations such as ambient lux and correlated color temperature independent of the content displayed on the screen.
