  • Publication number: 20240063947
Abstract: A method and system for ensuring reliability and delay of data communication using duplicate messages and degradation feedback to ensure accuracy of transmission of the messages in a network. Duplicate messages are sent after a delay period from sending of an original message. The delay time period can be automatically set to be adjusted after a predetermined number of messages are sent. Degradation feedback can be determined from statistics, including duplicate messages completion, fault tolerance and data retransmission to automate the delay time period and sending of duplicate messages. A message is sent to a network control center when degradation occurs.

  • Patent number: 8787202
Abstract: A system for error avoidance and automatic recovery is combined with the accurate and reliable transmission system. The present invention provides a multi-variable control system using remote control with a wireless communication system. A plurality of closed loop control systems are connected through the wireless communication system. A master controller monitors the closing of each of the loops in the system and stores information for the status of the control loops in a control table at a control center. When a state variable is transmitted to the control center, a master controller notes that the initial value of the closed loop control system has been set. When the control center sends a control action to equipment or a process this closes the loop, the master controller notes that the closed loop control system has been closed for a particular time. If the closed loop control system does not get a loop closed, the control center immediately detects it.

  • Patent number: 5799154
Abstract: A system and method monitors a wireless network such that degradation of performance, as measured by such performance parameters as data throughput and service availability is estimated accurately on a real time basis. The system and method scan each cell in a wireless telecommunications network for cell statistics data. Using the scanned cell statistics data, the system and method generate a model of the performance of the telecommunications network by modeling each cell in the network. The model is based on a control system relationship. Using the control system relationship, the system and method forecast the performance of the cells between actual data collection times. Forecasting the state of the cells reduces the amount of data required to monitor the telecommunications network.
