  • Patent number: 4327911
Abstract: The present invention comprises a game apparatus utilizing a plurality of multi-colored signalling, indicating cubes. A combination random shaking device and game storage container is used to obtain a random array of the plurality of multi-colored signalling indicator cubes on a playing surface. A plurality of correspondingly colored playing chips is randomly displayed on the playing surface. As the multi-colored signalling indicators are randomly dispersed into an array on the playing surface if a predetermined plurality of color combination occurs, the players attempt to remove a correspondingly colored playing chip from the surface. The player not able to retrieve the chip moves his scoring device in a predetermined manner. The winning player is the one whose scoring device only partially or not at all obstructs a predetermined indicia pattern.

  • Patent number: 4300307
Abstract: An animated toy resembling a stuffed animal has a pair of arms with pockets therein into which the hands of the user may be inserted. The pocket is configured so as to provide for places for the fingers to be placed so that the user may pick up objects and the like. In addition, the toy is provided with leg appendages that extend from the body portion of the toy and on the bottom of the appendages is a band through which the manipulator's hands may extend, the band being preferably provided with a buttonlike device so that the toy makes a clicking sound when it is manipulated as if it were dancing. Also, buttons may be on the palms of the arms for similar sound generation when clapping.

  • Patent number: 4288943
Abstract: A simulated laser firing target sighting and missile firing and tracking system is incorporated in a hand-held simulated jet fighter plane model. The operator views by looking vertically downwardly a centrally oriented target sighting control screen that depicts the spatial region immediately in front of the jet fighter model plane. The model plane is further equipped with two stub wing mounted firing control handles serving as the operator control means and being mounted on either side of the plane's control panel. Operator finger pressure exerted on the left side control handle firing button results in a visual display of a clearly visible white lighted inverted V-shaped image pattern along with a central white illuminated circle simulating a laser beam being fired at an imaginary target located within a central target circle scribed on the ground glass screen.

  • Patent number: 4272095
Abstract: A riding toy primarily for a child is disclosed of the type having three wheels and commonly called a tricycle. The particular toy embodies a large front wheel with a pair of smaller castered rear wheels, the castered rear wheels having a swivel axis which may be rocked from a first to a second position; thus for normal action of the toy the swivel axis will be substantially at right angles to the rotational axis of the castered wheels. The operator can control the rocking of the rear wheels and thus change the swivel axis away from a right angle position so that the toy may spin about the surface engagement point of the front wheel.

  • Patent number: 4257610
Abstract: A game is provided in which individual playing pieces are moved incrementally along an elongated rectangular game board, according to the random throw of a die. The game board in the form and position of an elongated movable strip and is mechanically self-retracted continuously into a fixed body in the form of an animal's head, the mouth portion of which continually opens and closes during the play of the game. The playing pieces are moved incrementally away from the animal's snapping mouth according to the random throw of the die, the object of the game being for a playing piece to reach the safe area at the extremity of the elongated strip prior to full retraction of the strip, along with the playing piece into the animal's opening and closing mouth.

  • Patent number: 4166630
Abstract: A child's riding toy of an overall "scooter" type configuration. A longitudinally orientated vehicle body having supporting wheels at the forward and rear ends thereof is adapted to support one of the knees of the child riding thereon. An outrigger portion extends laterally from the side of the body and is provided with a third wheel so as to enable three-point rolling support for the vehicle. Separate handles are provided above the forward and outrigger wheels such that the child may simultaneously grasp both such handles while supporting his body in a forward leaning position above the vehicle while the unsupported leg is available for propulsion. The forward wheel is capable of limited pivoted movement with respect to the vehicle body such that the child may steer the vehicle through a variety of exciting turning maneuvers.
