  • Patent number: 10657478
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for creating a control dashboard for user interactions. The application may be utilized by a user in connection with a third party exchange system, small business, or individually. As such, the invention may extract data from multiple user and competitor locations. The invention coordinates the data and generates components for the dashboard that includes resource flows, outside entity user information, and aggregation integration in a customizable, real-time modified dashboard. Thus providing monitoring and alerts for inventorying, resources, and invoicing. Furthermore, the system may identify underpenetrated customer populations, perform trend analysis to identify potential customers, and the like. Finally, the system integrates an artificial intelligence engine for real-time data digestion and future predictions for resource flows.

  • Publication number: 20180075385
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for creating a control dashboard for small business interaction. The application may be utilized by a small business and comprise three aggregation components from one or more extraction sources. As such, the invention may extract data and generate components for the dashboard that include information about the business utilization of entity products, third party products, and aggregation integration. Furthermore, the system may identify business underpenetrated customer populations, perform trend analysis to identify potential customers, and the like. Using this data, the system may generate marketing concepts for the business to target the underpenetrated customer populations. In addition, the system may monitor and provide recommendations for inventorying and invoicing. As such, the system may track trending data, past orders of the business, and the like to predict inventory requirements for the business.

  • Patent number: 6298113
Abstract: A scintillator pack including an x-ray damage shield. The scintillator pack has an array of scintillator pixels. A scintillation light reflecting layer that reflects scintillation light from the pixels is included at least between the scintillator pixels in inter-scintillator regions. An x-ray absorbing layer acts as the x-ray damage shield to protect the portions of the scintillation light reflecting layer from x-rays. The x-ray absorbing layer is formed selectively and in a self aligned manner in regions over the inter-scintillator regions.

  • Patent number: 4022983
Abstract: A wired logic PBX switching system is disclosed in which a camp-on circuit is used to provide automated call hold service. A station user places an existing call on hold by flashing the station switchhook contacts and dialing a predetermined code. The dialing of the code disconnects the station from the first call and places the trunk circuit serving the first call on hold. A second call may then be placed from the station. Upon termination of the second call, the hold condition is removed from the trunk circuit and a connection is reestablished from the trunk circuit to the station.

  • Patent number: 3969589
Abstract: A PBX switching system is described in which a queue is used to provide sequential serving of attendant directed calls. This is accomplished by sequentially storing the identity of the calling circuit for each newly arrived attendant directed call in an attendant queue. When an attendant position becomes available, the calling circuit identity stored longest in the queue is used to directly select the associated calling circuit and to connect this circuit to the attendant.
