  • Patent number: 10695825
Abstract: A method for direct casting of cast components by layer-wise generation of composite molds, wherein the composite molds are generated as monolithic elements and simultaneously with their respective cores in an assembled form. The system for layer-wise generation of three-dimensional models from the powdered material in a removable container with a movable bottom, which is separated from the device for lifting and lowering the movable bottom, which is built into the system for layer-wise generation of three-dimensional models. The generation of the molds is done by application of layers of powdered material and binding of the particles of each layer through a binder, added selectively according to a program/pattern only in the volumes, where the solid body of the model is being generated.

  • Patent number: 10434710
Abstract: The method and system for layer-wise generation of three-dimensional objects from powdered material includes sequential application of powdered material and suitable binder onto a vertically mobile worktop. Depositing is performed by a powdered material application device and a binder application device. The two application devices work in two mutually perpendicular directions along two horizontal planes parallel to each other and the worktop, performing the application in both directions of movement between their final positions. Application devices move and deposit the respective substance at a different optimal rate depending on the process. The method and the system have a wide range of applications in the casting industry for the layer-wise generation of complete sand molds and/or high precision cores directly from a three-dimensional computer model.

  • Publication number: 20160245280
Abstract: A fluid end assembly of a high pressure reciprocating pump includes a housing defining an interior bore, a first opening at a first end of the interior bore, and a shoulder that divides the interior bore into a plunger bore and an outer bore. A plurality of overhangs is formed as part of the housing and extends into the outer bore, a plunger is positioned within the space and is operable to reciprocate along an axis within the plunger bore, and a valve cover is coupled to the housing and positioned to engage the shoulder to close the first opening. A valve cover retainer is positioned within the outer bore and includes a plurality of projections arranged to selectively engage the plurality of overhangs to sandwich the valve cover retainer between the valve cover and the housing to lock the valve cover into engagement with the shoulder.

  • Patent number: 8919246
Abstract: The waste compactor comprises a housing having an inclined wall in the upper part thereof. A motor on the upper wall drives a helical screw on the lower side of the inclined wall which converges conically downwardly with a decreasing pitch. A lower hopper extending downwardly from the inclined wall below the helical screw forms a funnel and is opened above to an inlet area. The inlet area receives waste material to be compacted, which material descends into the area of the helical screw. A lower more narrow end of the helical screw is located in a conduit which is slightly wider than the lower end of the helical screw and converges downwardly to a constriction at its lower end. Waste material is compacted by downward movement under the action of the helical screw and by being forced through the conduit. The lower hopper has drainage holes through which liquid can drain, by gravity, and a collector is positioned to collect the liquid passing through the drainage holes.
