    Abstract: A hydrometer for determining coolant fluid antifreeze concentration includes a housing having a pair of spaced openings for inflow and outflow of coolant fluid into and from the housing, a transparent view dome mounted in flow communication with the housing, a pair of identical sets of float balls of different specific gravities, a pair of longitudinal channels defined along opposite portions of the view dome in flow communication with the interior thereof and containing the sets of float balls for longitudinal movement relative to the view dome and for visual observation from the exterior of the view dome, and a dam defined in the housing between and spaced from the flow openings thereof and capable of obstructing the path of coolant fluid flow directly between the openings of the housing so as to cause deflection of coolant fluid flow into the transparent view dome and the channels therein.

    Abstract: An assortment of mounting brackets for supporting window adornment attaching hardware adjacent to opposite upper corner portions and opposite side portions of a window molding attached to a wall and to a top portion of the window molding. The assortment of mounting brackets includes a pair of corner brackets, a pair of side brackets, and a top bracket. The corner brackets are capable of being mounted against portions of the wall located adjacent to the upper corner portions of the window molding and in frictionally fitted connections with and between the wall and angularly spaced side and top edges of the respective upper corner portions of the window molding. The side brackets are capable of being mounted against portions of the wall adjacent to the side portions of the window molding and in frictionally fitted connections with and between the wall and edges of the side portions of the window molding.

    Abstract: A device for holding a heparin lock secured to a catheter that has been previously disposed through a body portion and into an artery of a patient. The device has a cover having a wall constructed of generally flexible material. The wall includes a face having a continuous periphery and an aperture off-set from the continuous periphery. The wall additionally has a generally oval-shaped body integrally secured to the face along a substantial portion of the continuous periphery. The face and the oval-shaped body may include flanges secured at a lowermost portion thereof. The inside surface of the wall may be coated with a composition of matter that maintains the transparency of a transparent wall. The wall may also include one or more openings that are covered with one or more air permeable sheet members which are impenetrable by a liquid but allow vapor and moisture to pass through from the insides of the oval-shaped body when in a covering relation to a catheter in a body portion of a patient.

    Abstract: An adaptor for a jack having a threadable jack shaft and a support platform that rises or lowers when the threadable jack shaft turns.The adaptor has a housing containing a drive motor that is coupled to a drive shaft. The adaptor has an engagement bracket for engaging releasably the adaptor to the jack. Spring loaded bolts bias the engagement bracket against the face of the housing. A jack and adaptor in combination and a method for operating a jack having support aligning bars wherethrough a threadable jack shaft rotatably passes to raise or lower a support platform of the jack upon rotation.
