  • Patent number: 10236806
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to electric motors. The teachings thereof may be embodied in a power module, e.g., a power module for the delivery of a phase current for a current phase of an electric motor. For example, a power module may include: a circuit carrier having a surface; at least two first contact surfaces, a second contact surface, at least two third contact surfaces defined on the surface; a first power transistor connected to each of the at least two first contact surfaces; at least two second power transistors connected to the second contact surface; wherein the at least two second power transistors are connected via a further contact surface to one of the at least two third contact surfaces; and the at least two first and the at least two third contact surfaces are arranged one after the other, in one direction, and the second contact surface is disposed next to both the at least two first and the at least two third contact surfaces.

  • Patent number: 9848499
Abstract: A method of producing a printed circuit board (10) with a plurality of inlays (21, 22, 23, 24), having the following steps: supplying a plurality of inlays (21, 22, 23, 24), of which at least one inlay has at least one positioning element (21.1, 21.2; 22.1 to 22.7; 23.1, 23.2; 24.1, 24.2); building up a layer sequence from a plurality of printed-circuit-board layers, with at least one recess (14) for accommodating inlays, wherein, prior to the step of the plurality of inlays (21, 22, 23, 24) being inserted, the recess (14) is defined in an uppermost layer (12) by a frame made of non-conductive printed-circuit-board material; inserting the plurality of inlays (21, 22, 23, 24) into the recess (14) defined by the frame; covering the inlays (21, 22, 23, 24) with a non-conductive printed-circuit-board material; laminating the layer sequence, and removing at least the positioning elements (21.1, 21.2; 22.1 to 22.7; 23.1, 23.2; 24.1, 24.2) which establish a conductive contact between neighboring inlays.

  • Patent number: 8004849
Abstract: A control unit for a vehicle component, such as a transmission, is constructed by transferring electronic components from a rigid circuit board to a flexible circuit board. The flexible circuit board is guided through a housing that accommodates the rigid circuit board and a portion of the flexible circuit board. Some electronic components are disposed on the rigid circuit board and some electronic components are disposed on the flexible circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20080156511
Abstract: A control unit for a vehicle component such as a transmission ideally has a reduced production cost. The aim is achieved by transferring parts from a rigid circuit board to a flexible circuit board. The flexible circuit board is guided through a housing that accommodates the rigid circuit board and a portion of the flexible circuit board.

  • Patent number: 6313977
Abstract: A circuit configuration serves to regulate in particular a coil current for a hydraulic pressure regulating valve of a motor vehicle transmission. A current measuring resistor configured as a thick-film resistor and a temperature sensor, that detects a transmission oil temperature and is thermally coupled to the current measuring resistor, are applied on a circuit carrier produced from a ceramic material. The signals of the current measuring resistor and of the temperature sensor are fed to a control unit, in which the signal of the temperature sensor is used to compensate for a temperature-dependent resistance of the current measuring resistor.

  • Patent number: 5667475
Abstract: An instrument for endoscopic subfascial discission of perforans veins (ESDP) consists of a surgical endoscope (1) and a tube (9). The surgical endoscope (1) contains an optical image recording and transmission system, a fiber-optic lighting system and a working channel (4). A lateral handle (14) forms in an obtuse angle with the surgical endoscope and has at least one reproduction and lighting system (8, 6) guided to coupling spots (5, 7) provided at the proximal end of tube instrument. The distal end of the tube (9) extends beyond the distal end of be surgical endoscope (1) and is designed as a thicker, atraumatic lip (10) that contains a suction channel (12) diametrically arranged to a front lens system (16) and connected through a space (11) between the shaft (2) and the tube (9) to a connection fitting (13) for a suction hose (15).
