  • Patent number: 11844723
Abstract: A dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical liquids in the form of individual drops, having a liquid store, a pump device with a pump chamber with a variable volume, and a dispensing opening. The dispenser additionally has a membrane part which delimits the pump chamber on one side and which changes the volume of the pump chamber by moving and/or deforming. The dispenser has a housing, within which the pump device is provided, and an actuation button movable relative to the housing between a non-actuated starting position and an actuated end position to move or deform the membrane part and to decrease the size of the pump chamber to discharge the liquid. The membrane part is secured to the housing and to the actuation button. The pump chamber achieves a high degree of compression and a toggle switch is used as the actuation button.

  • Patent number: 11390435
Abstract: Liquid dispenser for discharging pharmaceutical liquid having a discharge head and a cap, the cap body of which has a ventilation opening. The dispenser includes an injection-moulded pull-off portion which, in the delivery state, covers the ventilation opening and is connected to the cap body by a substance-to-substance bond. The pull-off portion, together with a tamper-evident portion, which, with the dispenser in the delivery state, prevents removal of the cap body, is part of a common segment which is detachable from the cap body of the cap. Alternatively, the ventilation opening is provided with a filter membrane for filtering the air which flows through it, and the cap body includes two part-bodies which together form a receiving space for the filter membrane.

  • Patent number: 10835692
Abstract: A discharging device for a pharmaceutical liquid, dispenser including a housing, an applicator tip with a discharge opening and a protective cap. A locking tooth is provided on the protective cap and a counter tooth is provided on the applicator tip. The at least one locking tooth passes over the counter tooth when the protective cap is rotated relative to the applicator tip in a first direction, and the locking tooth and the counter tooth prevent rotation in a direction opposite the first direction. The protective cap and the applicator tip are adapted to each other such that the discharge opening contacts a lid region of the protective cap after the locking tooth has passed over the counter tooth, and the discharge opening can be closed in a sealed manner by the protective cap. The protective cap is deformable to disengage the locking tooth and the counter tooth.

  • Patent number: 9492830
Abstract: A perforated plate produced as a plastics component by injection moulding, there being provided for this purpose a mould with two mould halves which together define a cavity filled with plastics material during injection moulding, wherein the first mould half has a planar abutment surface directed towards the cavity, and the second mould half has a multiplicity of elevations rising up over a base surface, wherein, in the closed state of the mould, distal contact regions at the distal ends of the elevations butt against the abutment surface, and therefore keep the dispensing openings free of plastics material when the plastics material is being injected.

  • Patent number: 6321942
Abstract: A disposable atomizer for discharging successive partial discharge amounts as a spray has a base body (12), a projecting nose adapter (13) with a nozzle (14), actuating shoulders (35) where two fingers can rest, and an actuating part, containing an actuating sleeve (25) and a medium store (20), which can be pressed into the base body (12). A hollow needle (17) can penetrate the closure piston-stopper (21) of said medium store (20). A ring (28) is mounted on the actuating sleeve (25) by spokes (29) and predetermined breaking points (30), the ring (28) separating in response to typical actuating pressure when the actuator is used the first time. The spokes (29) strike a stop which thus limits the first partial discharge stroke. By rotating the actuating sleeve (25), the actuating part is moved into a starting position for a second partial discharge stroke, and when intermediate webs in the form of material bridges are broken out, the second partial discharge stroke can be executed.
