  • Patent number: 10666124
Abstract: A linear stepper motor with an actuating rod in a housing with a stator, a rotor and a replaceable bearing shield fixed on the stator is provided. The rotor includes a threaded shaft. The bearing shield defines two guide cut-outs. The actuating rod includes a spindle nut portion engaged with the threaded shaft, a replaceable coupling shank for a customer-specific actuating element, and two opposing parallel fork legs which link the spindle nut portion and the coupling shank and which are guided in a rotation-locked manner through the two guide cut-outs.

  • Patent number: 10601294
Abstract: A linear stepper motor includes a stator, a rotor, a cover and a longitudinally displaceable actuating rod. The stator is formed as a fully overmoulded stator assembly. The stator assembly includes a stator overmould. The rotor is received in the stator and includes a spindle. The cover is coupled to the stator assembly on the drive side of the linear stepper motor. The actuating rod is guided by the stator assembly. The spindle is only supported by its tips between two bearing balls between a stator recess of the stator overmould and a cover recess in the cover. A device and a method for manufacturing the linear stepper motor are also provided.

  • Patent number: 10530226
Abstract: A stator for a linear stepper motor includes four stator sheets and two stator windings. The four stator sheets are oriented towards each other, provided with bent polar arms, and have two inner stator sheets each defining a sheet recess and two outer stator sheets that are arranged in an offset manner. THE four stator sheets are joined into an integral coil body by a stator overmold. One of the stator windings is wound onto the coil body between one inner stator sheet and one outer stator sheet and connected with connector pins. The four stator sheets and the stator overmold including a stator flange and a pin socket are integrally formed such that radial envelope surfaces of the at least four stator sheets are free from the stator overmold. A stator recess inside the stator is arranged centrically in the stator overmold.

  • Patent number: 4096709
Abstract: To prevent the rupturing, by the expansion of the water upon freezing, of a water-freezing ice-storing reservoir and at the same time release the warmer air after producing the freezing of the water into ice, the interior of the reservoir is surrounded by a duplex wall structure or anti-freeze barrier of highly insulating material, such as the expanded polystyrene plastic known commercially as styrofoam, in the form of slabs spaced inward from the tank wall by compression springs so that the inner body of water within the duplex insulating anti-freeze barrier is frozen by freezing the air entering that body through multiple pipes from the outside atmosphere in winter time while the outer body of water adjacent the tank wall of the reservoir but outside the insulating wall thereof is protected from freezing by the insulating effect of the slabs.

  • Patent number: 3998071
Abstract: An above-ground insulated tank adapted to be filled with water has a hollow upper wall with air ducts from which a first set of flexible air discharge pipes extends downward a short distance. Disposed near the bottom wall of the tank is a second set of perforated air discharge pipes of cruciform shape permitting air to bubble upward therefrom. A third set of unperforated flat-spirally-coiled air pipes is disposed beneath the second set and rests on the bottom of the tank and is composed of copper for high heat conductivity. Rising from the top wall of the tank and communicating therewith is an air inlet stack and an air outlet stack disposed side-by-side above, and in communication with, an air control housing containing three air chambers and provided with multiple motor-driven air blowers.
