  • Patent number: 10415218
Abstract: A sanitary fitted element (1) which can be inserted into the water outlet of a sanitary outlet fitting and is held releasably there. A characteristic feature of the fitted element (1) according to the invention is that said fitted element has an adjusting device for changing the clear sectional area of flow of the fitted element (1) and/or the discharge rate, which adjusting device is actuable via at least one control element (8) which is arranged actuably on the inflow side of the fitted element (1) and/or on the outflow side thereof. The fitted element (1) according to the invention can be used in a versatile manner in order to reduce the outlay on production and stock.

  • Patent number: 10407885
Abstract: The invention relates to a tap aerator (1) comprising a mounting housing and containing, in said mounting housing (2), an insert part that is designed as a jet divider and diffuser (7) which interacts with a diffuser ring (8). The annular retainer regions (7a) and (8a) of said diffuser (7) and diffuser ring (8), each arranged on the largest outer circumference, are located, when in a use position, in the interior of the mounting housing (2) at different height positions relative to one another in the axial direction, i.e. the retainer region (7a) of the diffuser (7) is not enclosed and the largest outer diameter of the diffuser ring (8) and its retainer region (8a) is only as large as, or if required even smaller than, the largest outer diameter of the diffuser (7) and its retainer region (7a). This allows the formation of an arrangement which saves space in the radial direction.

  • Patent number: 10208466
Abstract: A sanitary fixture is provided having an upstream end and a downstream end, the sanitary fixture includes a mounting housing having a thread which is matingly engagable with a thread provided on a water outlet of a sanitary outlet fitting. The mounting housing has a downstream housing end side with flow-through holes. At least one insertion part can be inserted into the mounting housing as far as an insertion stop. The fixture includes an aerated jet regulator which is configured such that a circumferential wall of the mounting housing includes at least one aeration duct at least in a subregion of at least a double-walled configuration. The at least one aeration duct, which is arranged towards the downstream housing end side, opens out in at least one aeration opening leading into a housing interior of the mounting housing.

  • Publication number: 20180282986
Abstract: A jet regulator (101) having a sleeve-shaped jet regulator housing (7) which is capable of being assembled on the water outlet of a sanitary outlet fitting, and having a wall (3) which supports a perforated structure (4) that forms the outlet end side of the jet regulator (101) and which in the jet regulator housing (7) is pivotable between a use position, in which the perforated structure (4) extends transversely across an outflow-side sleeve opening of the jet regulator housing (7), and a cleaning position, in which the water flowing through the jet regulator housing (7) can flow out of the jet regulator housing (7) on both sides of the wall (3) through opening gaps (8, 9) that are formed between the wall (3) and the neighboring housing internal circumferential wall.

  • Patent number: 10081933
Abstract: The invention relates to a sanitary functional unit (2), which has a housing (6), which can be releasably fastened to the water outlet of a sanitary outlet fitting, the housing (6) having an outflow-side housing end face (9) with outflow openings (10). It is characterizing for the functional unit according to the invention that the outflow-side housing end face (9) has at least one slot (19), the opposing longitudinal sides (20) of which slot are designed as turning engagement surfaces or tool engagement surfaces for a turning tool that can be releasably inserted into the at least one slot (19) and is preferably formed as a coin (21), and that the housing (6) of the functional unit (2) is rotatably held on the water outlet of the outlet fitting and/or the housing end face is mounted rotatably in relation to the housing on said housing.

  • Patent number: 9963860
Abstract: A sanitary insert unit is provided having a jet regulator which has a housing with a housing inlet and a housing outlet, and a jets splitter in the housing interior. The jet splitter protrudes partially into a diffuser ring, delimiting an annular channel therebetween. The diffuser ring is insertable into an outlet-side housing part of the housing until an annular step on the outer circumference of the diffuser ring bears on an inlet-side mating surface on an outlet-side housing part. A circumferential locking cam on an outer circumference of the diffuser ring is movable into locking engagement with a locking groove provided on an inner circumference of the outlet-side housing part. The locking cam has a run-on bevel which interacts with a mating bevel upstream from the locking groove in an insertion direction that has a greater angle of inclination with respect to a longitudinal axis in comparison with the run-on bevel.

  • Publication number: 20180087247
Abstract: The invention relates to a jet regulator (3) having a jet regulator housing (4), which has, on the housing outer circumference thereof, an external thread (5), by means of which the jet regulator (3) can be mounted in an internal thread provided in the water outlet of a sanitary outlet fitting, wherein an outflow-side housing end face (6) of the jet regulator housing (4) is designed as a grid or mesh structure, which has throughflow holes (7) for the water flowing through the jet regulator (3) and which has at least one tool engagement surface designed as a slit-shaped recess (8, 9) in this grid or mesh structure and intended for a turning tool. It is characteristic of the jet regulator according to the invention that a second slit-shaped recess (9) is provided in the slit base of this first recess (8), the second recess likewise being intended as a tool engagement surface, and that the second recess (9) has a smaller recess cross section than the first recess (8).
