  • Patent number: 10273551
Abstract: In the case of a method for the heat treatment of erected, preferably large-area tube wall regions or tube wall segments, in particular of a diaphragm wall, of a steam generator, in particular of a power plant, in the installed state, it is sought to provide a solution which permits the use of steel types which are more problematic with regard to power plant operation with elevated steam parameters, in particular the steels T23 and T24, in the erection of steam generators. This is achieved in that the tube wall regions or tube wall segments for heat treatment are subjected, in the installed state in the steam generator, and in particular over a large area, to a stress-relief annealing process.

  • Patent number: 9163834
Abstract: The invention refers to a forced flow steam generator (10) and to a method for its operation. The forced flow steam generator (10) has a combustion chamber (11) with a burner arrangement (20). A fuel (B) and a mixture (G) consisting of pure oxygen and flue gas (R) are fed into the combustion chamber (11) or to the burner arrangement (20) for combusting. A flue gas duct (27) is connected to the combustion chamber (11) in the flow direction (S) of the flue gas (R), and a flue gas passage (26) is connected to the flue gas duct. The flue gas (R) for the oxygen-flue gas mixture (G) is fed back from the flue gas passage (26) via a flue gas recirculation line (28). The forced flow steam generator (10) is operated in the so-called oxyfuel process. A plurality of auxiliary heating surfaces (35) are arranged in the flue gas duct (27) downstream of the burner arrangement (20).

  • Publication number: 20120291720
Abstract: The invention relates to a forced-flow steam generator for using steam temperatures of above 650° C. Said forced-flow steam generator (1) comprises a combustion chamber (2) and a waste gas flue (3) connected to the upper end thereof, and peripheral walls (4) surrounding said flue. Said walls (4) are formed from tubular walls (5), the tubes thereof guiding the water/steam working medium. The combustion chamber (2) comprises at least one burner (6), and downstream heating surfaces (7) are arranged in the waste gas flue (3). Part of the peripheral walls (4) is covered in the region of the combustion chamber (2) by at least one bulk-head heating surface (8), the size of which on the surface side being determined such that the heat absorption of the peripheral walls (4) and therefore the temperature thereof are reduced to a value enabling the formation of the peripheral walls (4) from modified, heat-resistant 2.25-2.

  • Patent number: 7331313
Abstract: A continuous steam generator with a circulating atmospheric fludized-bed chamber is defined by encircling walls essentially on all sides, comprised of gas-permeable tubular walls provided with essentially vertical tubes, and comprises at least one funnel in its lower region. The turbulence combustion chamber has at one essentially vertically arranged heating surface provided with vertical tubes, said heating surface comprises of a welded tube-web-tube combination, and a water/steam working medium flows through the tubes of the encircling walls and the heating surface. All of the tubes of the encircling walls and the heating surface are embodied as evaporator heating surfaces and are mounted in parallel for the circulation of the entire working medium to be evaporated. In addition, all of the tubes of the encircling walls have an inner smooth surface, and the heating surface extends between the bottom of the combustion chamber or the upper edge of the funnel, and the top of the combustion chamber.
