  • Patent number: 11804760
Abstract: A method is presented for producing an arrangement for a plug-in coil of an electric machine, having the following steps: providing an arrangement of coil elements, which each are embodied as a rod-shaped coil element and are pre-aligned with one another; gripping the arrangement of coil elements by way of a grip apparatus, wherein the grip apparatus grips the arrangement of coil element by way of a first grip device in a first grip plane and by way of a second grip device in a second grip plane which is arranged beneath the first grip plane and at a distance therefrom; holding the arrangement of coil elements by way of the grip apparatus and inserting legs of the coil element into allocated grooves of a core; and releasing the grip apparatus from the arrangement of coil elements.

  • Publication number: 20020184767
Abstract: A gear part and method is provided for forming a gear part, in which a circular blank-like workpiece is fixed in a flow-forming machine in a radially inner area, the circular blank-like workpiece is rotated, at least one roller is infed and the roller is substantially radially moved inwardly, in which during the radial moving in workplace material flows radially, so that the workplace wall thickness is reduced in this area, in a central area of the workplace a boss is formed and during radial moving in the roller is increasingly axially infed. The method also relates to forming a gear part in which the circular blank edge is thickened by at least one forming roller, the shaping of the circular blank edge taking place through the contour of gripping jaws and/or the forming roller and the cross-section of the circular blank edge in formed in an approximately rectangular manner.

  • Patent number: 6449845
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a gear part with a transversely directed profile, particularly a timing belt pulley, wherein a substantially rotationally symmetrical workpiece is fixed in a flow-forming device and rotated and wherein at least one profiled flow-forming tool is infed to a circumferential area of the workpiece such that a transversely directed profile is formed. According to the invention, prior to the forming of the transversely directed profile, the circumferential area of the workpiece is provided with at least one circumferentially directed groove and the transversely directed profile is formed axially on either side of the at least one groove. The invention also relates to a gear part, particularly a timing belt pulley, which has a substantially rotationally symmetrical construction and a circumferential area and which is provided with a transversely directed profile.

  • Patent number: 6105410
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for forming a hub disk, in which a circular blank-like workpiece is placed in a flow-forming machine and fixed with at least one overarm support, an area of the outer contour of the overarm support corresponding to an area of the inner contour of a hub to be formed, the circular blank-like workpiece is rotated, at least one roller is infed and substantially radially moved in, a material flow taking place on the workpiece, and the radial moving in of the roller is ended when the distance between an area of the outer profile of the roller and the overarm support corresponds to the desired thickness of the hub wall and during the infeeding of the roller the workpiece is initially contacted by a cutting or separating edge of the roller and the material flow along the roller and therefore the axial length of the hub is limited by the roller geometry.
