The floor can be engaged with the wall and at least partially close the bottom end, defining a cup-shaped cavity. The floor can have top and bottom surfaces. The first and second cross-beams can project along the axis away from the bottom surface and be transverse to one another. At least one of the first and second cross-beams can extend a first distance from the bottom surface. The ring can project along the axis away from the bottom surface to a bottom edge a second distance from the bottom surface along the longitudinal axis less than the first distance.
