    Abstract: A multi-stage automatic transmission comprises a drive input shaft (AN), a drive output shaft (AB), a double planetary transfer gearset (VS), a main gearset (HS) made as a coupled planetary gearset with at least three non-coupled input elements and one output element, and six shift elements (A to F), which, when engaged in pairs, enable at least eight forward gears to be engaged. An input element of the transfer gearset (VS) is connected with the drive input shaft (AN). An output element of the transfer gearset (VS) rotates at a speed lower than the input speed of the drive input shaft (AN).     Abstract: A disk carrier which has a locking profile for receiving a disk assembly that can be axially fixed by a snap ring inserted in a groove. The locking profile and the groove are produced by non-cutting shaping. The groove has a groove base and two groove flanks and the snap ring has two faces. The groove flank supporting the snap ring is provided with an undercut having an angle of inclination ?. Both groove flanks are arranged in parallel relative each other. The groove is produced by punching using a punch knife which is radially guided in a slanted plane that is tilted by the angle of inclination a relative to a radial plane. The faces of the snap ring are conical and have an angle of inclination ?, whereby ??? and the maximum diameter of the snap ring is located in the area of the groove base.

The satellite carrier comprises a web plate (17) via which lubricant is fed to the planetary gearwheels (11, 14) through lubricant bores in the bolts (12, 15) of the planetary gearwheels (11, 14). A structural element adjacent to the web plate (17) has no rotation speed relative to the web plate (17). A static-seal element (18) is arranged between the web plate (17) and the structural element adjacent to the web plate (17) above the bolts (12, 15) so that a lubricant chamber (109) is formed between the web plate (17) and the structural element adjacent to the web plate (17). Lubricant flows into this chamber (109), accumulates therein, and passes from the chamber (109) into the lubricant bores of the bolts (12, 15) of the planetary gearwheels (11, 14).

The hollow shaft (6) is borne in a bore (12) in the pump housing (7) via a rolling bearing, whereby, in order to seal the pump housing, there is a radial sealing ring (18) on one side of the rolling bearing and a sealing ring (14) on the other. The latter ring (14) is designed to enclose a uniform sealing gap (25) with the hollow shaft (6) and it is guided freely both radially and axially in the bore (12) so that the sealing gap (25) may automatically set itself.
