    Abstract: A multi-drawer cabinet having a cabinet housing and a plurality of drawers disposed one above the other in the housing and a slide mechanism slidably mounting each of the drawers in the housing for slidable movement between an open position extending outwardly from the housing and a closed position received entirely within the housing includes a drawer lock-out mechanism which binds the slide mechanisms of the closed drawers against slidable movement preventing a closed drawer from being opened when any of the other drawers is open.
