    Abstract: A light source unit includes a substrate, a plurality of light emitting elements mounted on the substrate, a first inner wiring portion formed on the substrate and connected to the plurality of light emitting elements, and a second inner wiring portion formed on the substrate insulated from the first inner wiring portion. Two such light source units may be included in a backlight unit having a plurality of light emitting elements. A receiving member accommodates the first light source unit and the second light source unit, and a length of wires arranged along inside edges of the receiving member is reduced.
