Abstract: A portioner (100) is described with multiple exits for mincemeat or the like. The portioner comprises a distribution chamber (4) for a flow of material coming from a supply pump (1) and a plurality of exit holes (101). Furthermore, the portioner (100) comprises a plurality of hollow cells (5), one for each exit, each of which is split, by means of mobile separation means (7), into two complementary compartments (5C, 5B), each of which is alternately communicating with said distribution chamber (4) and with the respective exit hole (101) by means of communication and closing means (11) that can be set so that, for each cell (5), one of said compartments (5C, 5B) can be filled with material under pressure coming from said distribution chamber (4), which pushes said means of separation (7) to force the exit of material from the other compartment (5C, 5B) towards the exit hole (101).

Abstract: Equipment for the automatic tray positioning of single cylindrical or spherical pieces. The equipment includes a first conveyor for the feeding of a sequence of single pieces along a first direction and a second intermittent advancement conveyor for the feeding of single trays along a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction. There are also provided a first sensor for the detection of the passage of the single pieces, a second sensor for the detection of the passage of the single trays, and an electronic control device that receives signals from the sensors and controls an advancement step of the second conveyor.

Abstract: Machine to produce sausages with twisted casing, comprising a feeding pump for minced meat, a skin dressing tube located at the exit of said pump in order to sustain a flexible casing and to consent the introduction of meat into the casing itself for the formation of a continuous sausage. A device of separation and feed of the sausage provided with mobile pincers that can be brought near to each other is located at the exit of the skin dressing tube in order to advance the sausage and to nip the casing so as to form a squeezing point between each sausage downstream and the rest of the sausage upstream. The machine provides for controlling means to produce the rotation of the skin dressing tube for the twisting of the casing around said squeezing point in such a way as to obtain a separation tang between a sausage downstream and the rest of the sausage upstream.
