  • Patent number: 10005340
Abstract: A fluid cooling apparatus (5) includes at least one heat exchanger device for cooling at least one working or cooling fluid heated or used during the operation of movable machines (1). The machine has an outer engine covering (11) to cover engine, motor or chassis parts and has a tank (9) containing the working and/or cooling fluid with a predeterminable wall outer contour (7). At least parts of the wall outer contour (7) are pan of the engine covering (11).

    Assignee: HYDAC AG
    Inventors: Giuseppe Zeolla, Ralf Schmitt
  • Patent number: 9228598
Abstract: A fluid cooling device has at least one heat exchanger device (10) for cooling at least one fluid and has at least one filter device (12) also for filtering the fluid conducted to a hydraulic device (14). The device has a follow-up suction device (42) that, if required, conducts fluid to the suction side of the hydraulic device fluid cooling (14).

    Assignee: HYDAC S.A.
Inventors: Viktor Josef Lauer, Giuseppe Zeolla
  • Patent number: 8701434
Abstract: A cooling device includes a cooling unit (10) penetrated by a fluid to be cooled, in particular hydraulic oil, and a filter unit (12) for filtering the fluid. The filter unit (12) extends along a longitudinal side of the cooling unit (10). A fluid collecting space (16) is arranged between the filter unit (12) and the cooling unit (10). The fluid collecting space (16) has a uniform flow cross-section and is at least partially closed against the filter unit (12) by a concavely curved limitating wall (36). The optimized fluid guidance obtained results in a uniformization of speed, while at the same time avoiding cavities and turbulences to ensure a trouble-free and energetically favorable operation of the cooling device.

  • Publication number: 20090249813
Abstract: The invention relates to a cooling device comprising a cooling unit (10) that is penetrated by a fluid to be cooled, in particular hydraulic oil, and a filter unit (12) for filtering said fluid, the filter unit (12) extending along a longitudinal side of the cooling unit (10) and a fluid collecting space (16) being arranged between the filter unit (12) and the cooling unit (10). The invention is characterized in that the fluid collecting space (16) has a uniform flow cross-section and is at least partially closed against the filter unit (12) by a concavely curved limitating wall (36). The optimized fluid guidance obtained thereby results in a uniformisation of speed while at the same time avoiding cavities and turbulences in order to ensure a trouble-free and energetically favorable operation of the inventive cooling device.
