    Abstract: A davit system has a davit arm and a davit mount. The davit mount includes a mount body, a clamping mechanism for clamping the corner flange of the air conditioning unit, and an arm mounting element for pivotally mounting the davit arm on the davit mount. When the mount body is mounted on the corner flange of the air conditioning unit, the davit arm extends laterally over the head of the air conditioning unit, and pivots away from the air conditioning unit for removing the head during servicing.
