Abstract: A seat cover for a seat having a back rest and a bottom rest such as a standard seat at a sporting stadium, the seat cover being adapted to slip over the seat to protect a spectator when sitting on a wet or dirty seat and or to display a particular logo. The cover includes a body of sheet material having a front panel adapted to cover the front of the seat and a rear panel adapted to cover the rear of the seat, the front panel and the rear panel being joined so as to form a mouth which is adapted to slip over the back rest of the seat and around the bottom rest of the seat.
