    Abstract: An apparatus and method that enables monitoring of social behaviors and generating advance warnings for different monitoring agencies according to the monitoring criteria set by each monitoring agencies. The remote supervision server receives social behavior information from different sources and also different monitoring criteria from different requesting agencies. Each social behavior is assigned different weights according to the monitoring criteria. A total score is calculated based on the monitoring criteria and an advance warning is sent to a requesting agency if the total score exceeds a threshold value.
