Publication number: 20220169987Abstract: A method for obtaining a composition for tissue regeneration, providing M2-macrophages, co-culturing the M2-macrophages with tissue-specific cells in serum free medium; and collecting the supernatant of the co-culture. The compositions obtained by this method are suitable in medicine regenerative treatments, able to regenerate injured tissue. These products are sterile cell-free physiological aqueous solutions that show specific tissue concentration patterns to provide optimal tissue-specific regenerative effects. The compositions may be stored for long periods cryopreserved or lyophilized until its use, avoiding any subsequent blood extraction from the cell-donor, the stored growth factors and/or cytokines biologically active after long-term storage. Moreover, the compositions may be potentially applied in both autologous and allogenic treatments.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 2, 2020Publication date: June 2, 2022Inventors: Juan Pedro LAPUENTE FERNANDEZ, Juan Caros DE GREGORIO, Paula DESPORTES BIELSA, Pablo FERNANDEZ VICENTE, Maria CAYUELA CALVO, Alejandro BLÁZQUEZ MARTÍNEZ, Severiano DOS ANJOS VILABOA, Carmen lGLESIAS MORENO, Gonzalo GÓMEZ CEPA, Jara SANZ MORENO

Patent number: 9222156Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure comprise carbon steels and methods of manufacture. In one embodiment, quenching and tempering procedure is performed in which a selected steel composition is formed and heat treated to yield a slightly tempered microstructure having a fine carbide distribution. In another embodiment, a double austenizing procedure is disclosed in which a selected steel composition is formed and subjected to heat treatment to refine the steel microstructure. In one embodiment, the heat treatment may comprise austenizing and quenching the formed steel composition a selected number of times (e.g., 2) prior to tempering. In another embodiment, the heat treatment may comprise subjecting the formed steel composition to austenizing, quenching, and tempering a selected number of times (e.g., 2). Steel products formed from embodiments of the steel composition in this manner (e.g., seamless tubular bars and pipes) will possess high yield strength, e.g.Type: GrantFiled: October 31, 2013Date of Patent: December 29, 2015Assignee: Siderca S.A.I.C.Inventors: Eduardo Altschuler, Teresa Perez, Edgardo Lopez, Constantino Espinosa, Gonzalo Gomez

Publication number: 20150345832Abstract: It is lighter and easier to assemble. It comprises a) an anchoring sub-structure (10) for anchoring to the ground; b) a tracking sub-structure (20), mounted on the anchoring sub-structure (10) and such that it can rotate about an azimuth axis; c) a driving sub-structure (30) comprising two coaxial hoops (31) formed by a plurality of assembled stamped segments (33), said hoops (31) being joined by tie-rods (32); the driving sub-structure (30) being capable of elevation rotation in relation to the tracking sub-structure (20); d) a supporting sub-structure (50), in the form of a cradle, designed to support a reflective surface; and e) a modular connection sub-structure (40), manufactured with stamped elements, whereon the supporting sub-structure (50) is mounted, and fixed on the inside of the driving sub-structure (30).Type: ApplicationFiled: September 3, 2013Publication date: December 3, 2015Applicant: ABENGOA SOLAR NEW TECHNOLOGIES, S.A.Inventors: Felix MUÑOZ GILABERT, Gonzalo GOMEZ VERGARA, Cristina SOSA NARANJO, Antonio Abad JIMENEZ LOPEZ, Antonio José BRAVO VERA
