Abstract: The barber's cape is a protective garment configured for use with a client. The client dons the barber's cape in preparation for a grooming procedure. The barber's cape protects the clothing worn by the client from detritus generated by the grooming procedure. The barber's cape comprises a sheeting, a collar adjustment, and a plurality of hand holes. The collar adjustment and the plurality of hand holes are formed in the sheeting. The sheeting forms a barrier that protects the client from the detritus generated by the grooming procedure. The collar adjustment allows the sheeting to: 1) wrap around the neck of the client; and, 2) drape over the shoulders of the client. The plurality of hand holes are slits formed in the sheeting. The plurality of hand holes allow the client to use a personal data device or other reading material while wearing the barber's cape.

Abstract: An apparatus for performing a supporting and/or a lifting operation to a wind turbine component inside the wind turbine nacelle is provided. The apparatus comprises at least a tool which comprises a manually operated linear actuator and a mounting device of said linear actuator in an element of the nacelle frame so that said linear actuator can be duly located with respect to the wind turbine component for performing said supporting and/or lifting operation.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments provide techniques for measuring network latency attributable to the transit of packets through the network. This may be accomplished by developing a common sense of time with the server that allows packet inter-arrival times to be accurately measured. In establishing the common time between the client and the server, it may be necessary to overcome network topology manipulations and/or packet pacing manipulations performed by an intermediate device. Accordingly, an end-to-end multiplexing protocol may be employed which allows a protected connection to be established from the client directly to the server, bypassing the manipulations. Using the multiplexing protocol, a timing flow may be established for carrying timing traffic. After trading timing traffic with the server for a period of time, the client may establish a common or shared sense of time with the server which may be used to measure the latency in the network.
