    Abstract: The invention is a lifting device for attachment to an ATV which can utilize a small motor or crank, such as a boat crank, in order to carry a belt over a pulley system between the ATV frame and a platform to lift an object from the platform resting on the ground to the platform raised above the luggage rack platform on the rear of the ATV. The lifting platform may have a lifting plate floor which carries the load over (or on top of) the ATV rear luggage rack. The platform may be equipped with a removable or an extendable wheel so that it may function as a cart when the wheel is attached or extended.
