    Abstract: Spun yarns and fabrics having a high level of both abrasion and cut-resistance are disclosed. Such yarns are made from a blend of about 40-60 percent para-aramid fiber, about 20-40 percent nylon fiber, and about 10-30 percent acrylic fiber. The yarns and fabrics are particularly useful in making articles of clothing such as socks.
