Abstract: A method and software for selecting a portfolio of securities for investment purposes, which consistently provides a superior return to the market. Companies are evaluated and ranked according to data reflective of their level of employee commitment. Securities of companies having a high level of employee commitment are selected for inclusion in the portfolio. Medium and long-term returns for the portfolio are compared to market indices to evaluate performance. A computer may be used to carry out one or more of the steps of the invention.
