Abstract: A composition for improving sleep. In one embodiment, the composition comprises L-Tryptophan, L-Theanine, Reishi mushroom extract, Uridine, a polyphenol, and paeoniflorin. In certain embodiments, the composition further comprises citrus bioflavonoid extract, ?-Oryzanol, holy basil extract, saffron extract, Schisandra chinensis extract, sesamin extract, blueberry extract, quercetin, Polygala tenufolia root extract, gotu kola extract, ashwagandha extract, betaine, magnesium, or combinations thereof. In other embodiments, the composition further comprises astaxanthin, lycopene, hawthorne extract, or combinations thereof. In certain embodiments, the composition is incorporated into pills. A method for promoting the brain pathways involved in sleep, relaxation, and calmness comprising: ingesting a composition comprising L-Tryptophan, L-Theanine, Reishi mushroom extract, Uridine, a polyphenol, and paeoniflorin. In one method, the composition is ingested at least one and a half hours before bedtime.

Abstract: Embodiments of steering wheels with switches for sunroofs or convertible tops and vehicles having the same are disclosed herein. One embodiment disclosed herein is of a steering wheel assembly for a vehicle having a sunroof located in an aperture of a roof of the vehicle having a panel movable with respect to the roof to open and close the aperture. The assembly comprises a steering wheel disposed in the vehicle and a sunroof switch disposed on the steering wheel and electrically connectible to the sunroof to move the sunroof panel.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for stacking golf balls in an aesthetically pleasing manner includes the use of a invertible form having a cavity therein. By placing golf balls within the cavity, the form may be inverted and the balls therein allowed to assume a stacked configuration atop a supporting base, which can be maintained after the form is lifted upwardly and away from the stack/base combination.
