    Abstract: Apparatus for controlling various and different movements of a door, said apparatus having a door hinge assembly with a hinge pin having a plurality of bearing surfaces to reduce stress and wear on a hinge pin housing, a torque mechanism for pre-torquing and torquing a hinged door, a door leveling mechanism that operates at the top of the door while the door remains closed, and a semi-automated mechanism that holds the door 90 degrees open and releases the door for closing by said torque mechanism.
