  • Patent number: 7794316
Abstract: A gaming device which provides a plurality of multi-component offers to a player and displays each offer to the player. Each multi-component offer includes a plurality of components having sub-components. The player can independently accept each component. Once a player accepts a component, the player receives a value based on the sub-components associated with that accepted component. The player continues to play the bonus game until the player has accepted all of the components in the offers or until there are no offers remaining. The gaming device then provides an award to the player based on the values of the accepted components of the offers.

  • Patent number: 7785195
Abstract: A gaming device having an improved award offer bonus scheme wherein the player may improve their award during the bonus round. The bonus game enables the player to select an award offer from a plurality of award offers. The gaming device enables the player to modify the selected award offer, creating a subsequent or modified award, with the idea of increasing the award offer to receive a greater or higher award during a bonus game.

  • Patent number: 7607978
Abstract: A processor controlled gaming device having a display device in communication with the processor. When the display device receives an input from the player, gaming device randomly generates an outcome, the display device displays an event having the outcome and the gaming device provides the player with a payout in association with the outcome and the selected input. The inputs have paytables that vary in range. One input has a large, risky payout range with big and small payouts. One input has a small, conservative payout range with intermediate payouts. Other inputs have ranges that fall in between the risky and conservative ranges. Each of the ranges has the same overall expected value, so that the gaming device does not favor the player's choice of a risky or conservative input.

  • Patent number: 7326114
Abstract: A gaming device having an offer/acceptance type bonus game. One embodiment provides a plurality player selectable selections wherein each selection has an associated offer, anti-terminator or terminator. The gaming device enables the player to pick the selections. If a terminator is associated with the selection, the game ends unless the player has previously picked an anti-terminator associated with a selection. When the player picks an anti-terminator, the processor retains or accumulates the anti-terminator until a terminator is selected. The anti-terminator nullifies the effect of the terminator and allows the game to continue. The gaming device thus includes the combination of an offer acceptance scheme having at least one terminator and at least one anti-terminator.
