    Abstract: An apparatus for handling and positioning building components of the type which are used in retaining walls or the like includes a vehicular support having an articulatable boom extending therefrom, and a gripper assembly at the end of the boom. The vehicle and boom are operatable through a remote control assembly by a worker who may be standing near the structure which is being constructed. Several species of gripping assemblies are included for attachment to the boom.
