  • Patent number: 11543016
Abstract: A drive device for a motor vehicle includes a drive unit with a driveshaft, a housing, and a planetary gear set disposed in the housing with a sun gear. A connection device allows relative movements, running in an axial direction of the driveshaft, between the sun gear and the driveshaft, via which the sun gear is drivable by the driveshaft. An axial bearing has a roller bearing for axially mounting the sun gear where the axial bearing is disposed in the axial direction between the drive unit and the planetary gear set. A bearing casing formed separately from the housing supports the roller bearing in the axial direction via an outer ring of the roller bearing non-rotationally connected to the bearing casing and the bearing casing is connected axially fixedly to the housing.

  • Patent number: 11525505
Abstract: An electric axle drive for a motor vehicle includes at least one electric motor, a differential transmission drivable by the electric motor, a first housing part that at least partially surrounds the differential transmission, a second housing part formed separately from the first housing part and at least partially surrounding the electric motor, and a third housing part formed separately from the first and second housing parts. The first and second housing parts are directly connected to each other by a first flange connection. The second and third housing parts are directly connected to each other by a third flange connection. The third housing part is designed to at least partially support a sub-transmission for connecting the differential transmission to the electric motor. The first and third housing parts are directly connected to each other by a second flange connection.

  • Patent number: 11331992
Abstract: An electrical axle drive device includes at least one first electrical machine, which has a stator and a rotor rotatable around a machine axis of rotation relative to the stator. A gear unit is drivable by the first electrical machine having at least one first planetary gear stage drivable by the first electrical machine and at least one first spur gear stage drivable by the first electrical machine. The device also includes at least one drive wheel of the motor vehicle being able to be rotated around a wheel axis of rotation running parallel to the machine axis of rotation and being drivable by the first electrical machine via the gear unit.

  • Patent number: 7294084
Abstract: A transverse differential and a welding method for its producing, in which a differential bolt and a differential case are fixedly connected to one movement-wise. For this purpose, a bolt/case welding is produced in which, material of a differential bolt is fused and is transported or entrained into the preferably likewise fused material of the differential case, and fused entrained material of a differential bolt is solidified in the region of the differential case.
