  • Patent number: 8545600
Abstract: In a method for removing solids from overspray produced when painting objects, the overspray is absorbed by an air flow and is conducted to a deposition surface, across which a deposition liquid flows and where a large part of at least the solids is transferred into the deposition liquid, is discharged by said deposition liquid, and is removed from the liquid by means of a deposition process. A deposition liquid is used and disclosed which comprises a detackifying medium and an optional suspending fluid, paint overspray particles being detackified using the detackifying medium.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: August 13, 2009
Date of Patent: October 1, 2013
    Assignee: Eisenmann AG
Inventors: Guenther Dingler, Erwin Hihn, Werner Swoboda, Michael Schlipf

  • Patent number: 7374036
Abstract: A roller conveyor including a plurality of driven rollers disposed in two parallel tracks. With each driven roller a separate drive motor is associated, which takes the form of a low voltage motor. The drive motors are supplied from at least one low voltage source. They are preferably hub motors, which are operated with direct current. By virtue of the low voltage technology, less expensive components may be used and the safety requirements may be reduced.
