  • Publication number: 20190368481
Abstract: The invention relates to a lubricant receptacle (1) for vertically conveying lubricant by means of a crankshaft (2) of a coolant compressor (3), said lubricant receptacle (1) comprising at least one rotationally symmetrical, sleeve-type receiving section (4) for receiving lubricant, wherein the longitudinal axis (8) of the receiving section (4) can be arranged coaxially with a longitudinal axis of the crankshaft (2) of the coolant compressor (3), and comprising a securing section (16) connected to the receiving section (4) in order to secure the lubricant receptacle (1) on the crankshaft (2), as well as comprising at least one end region (5) connected to the receiving section (4) which closes the the receiving section (4) apart from an inlet opening (6), wherein the inlet opening (6) permits the entry of lubricant from a lubricant sump (7) of the coolant compressor (3) into the receiving section (4) of the lubricant receptacle (1) protruding at least partially into the lubricant sump (7), wherein the inlet op

  • Publication number: 20130330214
Abstract: The invention relates to a discharge silencer (6) for a hermetically encapsulated refrigerant compressor (1), which comprises a piston/cylinder unit (4) that compresses a refrigerant and has a compression chamber (3) and which is enclosed by a hermetically sealed compressor housing (2), wherein the compression chamber (3) is supplied with refrigerant coming from an evaporator through a suction silencer (5) and discharges refrigerant compressed by the piston/cylinder unit (4) into a pressure line (7a, b) through the discharge silencer (6). According to the invention, the discharge silencer (6) comprises a main body (8), on which an inlet flange (9) for the refrigerant coming from the piston/cylinder unit (4) is arranged, and an outlet channel (10), through which the refrigerant can be led into a pressure line (7a, b) that supplies a condenser with compressed refrigerant.

  • Patent number: 8419388
Abstract: A coolant compressor (1), comprising a piston-cylinder unit (2) that compresses a coolant, said piston-cylinder unit comprising a cylinder housing (4) and a piston (3) held in a piston bore (5) of the cylinder housing (4), wherein the cylinder housing (4) is sealed in an axial direction by a valve plate (6) and a cylinder cover (7). In order to facilitate the simple and flexible mounting of the valve plate (6) at the cylinder housing (4), it is provided according to the invention that the valve plate (6) is countersunk in its operating position in the piston bore (5) of the cylinder housing (4) and is fastened in the piston bore (5) of the cylinder housing (4) by way of a material bond connection, so that an end stop provided especially for the valve plate (6) in the cylinder housing (4) can be omitted.

  • Publication number: 20090214367
Abstract: A hermetically encapsulated refrigerant compressor having a hermetically sealed compressor housing, in whose interior a piston-cylinder unit operates, whose cylinder housing (1) is closed using a valve plate (2) having a pressure hole (10) and a suction hole (16), and a suction channel and a pressure channel are provided. Preferably V-shaped sealing beads (23) or sealing projections (22) are provided in the valve plate (2) and the front face of the component (9) forming the suction channel is equipped along its suction contact edge (17) with sealing projections (22) or sealing beads (23) essentially corresponding to the V-shaped sealing beads (23) or sealing projections (22), the sealing projections (22) being implemented differently from the sealing beads (23) in their geometrical design and/or having a different volume.
